Acquiring and expliciting knowledge at undergraduate courses

Abstract

This essay reports an experience in the course of Pedagogical Preparation, part of the graduation Psychology Program. The study describes course's activities, organized according to the conception of the learning and teaching processes at the University, considering them as processes of acquisition and applied knowledge. The essay also describes the course's content includes the following aspects: contextual perspective of Brazilian undergraduate system through an historical overview, young adults' learning in undergraduate courses, teaching abilities, in special pedagogical abilities. Teaching stages, namely planning, instructions and evaluations, are analyzed into the above mentioned perspective of acquisition and applied knowledge.
